Estimated Delivery Windows
Product pages display an estimated delivery window. Many wholesale orders are estimated at 7-12 working days, depending on the product, stock flow, order size and destination.
Bulk Order Dispatch
Orders may be dispatched in cartons or cases suitable for wholesale supply. Larger orders may be split into more than one parcel or shipment where this is more practical.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address, business name where applicable, contact name and reachable phone/email details.
Delays
Occasionally delivery can be affected by courier delays, supplier timing, customs processing, high demand or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate material issues where we are aware of them.
Failed Delivery
If a courier cannot deliver because details are incorrect, the premises are closed, or the parcel is refused, additional redelivery or return costs may apply.
Trade Planning
Wholesale buyers should avoid advertising a fixed customer launch date until stock has arrived and been checked. Estimated delivery windows are provided for planning but are not a guaranteed delivery date.
