Wholesale orders are business-to-business purchases. This policy explains how we handle damaged, incorrect or faulty goods.

Business Purchases

Products supplied by Wholesale Trends are intended for wholesale and resale use. Business purchases do not always carry the same cancellation rights as consumer purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered, notify us as soon as possible with your order number, photographs, carton images and a clear description of the issue.

Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect wholesale deliveries promptly. Claims may be harder to assess if goods have already been distributed, resold, relabelled, used or mixed with other stock.

Returns Authorisation

Do not return goods without contacting us first. We may provide return instructions, request evidence, arrange a replacement, issue a partial refund or take another practical resolution depending on the situation.

Non-Fault Returns

Because wholesale stock is bought for resale in bulk quantities, non-fault returns are not automatically accepted. Any discretionary return must be agreed in writing and goods must be unused, complete and resaleable.

Refund Timing

Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be processed back to the original payment method after the issue has been reviewed and any required goods have been received or verified.
